PRESCRIPTION REFILLS

We know it can sometimes be a confusing or frustrating process to get your prescriptions refilled. The process works best if you contact your pharmacy first when you need a refill. If a refill is not available, you can contact us, in addition, the pharmacy will also contact us to renew the prescription.
Please request prescription at least 7 days before you run out of medication.
You can also use your Patient Portal to request a refill.
Be aware that you may be asked to schedule an appointment before prescriptions are refilled.

CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE REFILLS

Chronic narcotic management requires individual visits to address the diagnosis and its treatment independent of other medical problems.  Usually this requires a dedicated visit every 30 days  prior to receiving a refill. Urine drug screens may be requested at any time and are the financial responsibility of the patient.

Patients requiring chronic pain medications or long term-controlled substance therapy must enter a written controlled substance contract and agree to use only one doctor, and only one pharmacy.
